Taking time for self-care is essential for our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Deep breathing, mindfulness and meditation are great tools to help us take care of our bodies and minds.
Deep breathing helps to relax our body and mind, reduces stress, and increases focus.
When we practice "intentional" mindfulness, you can become more in tune with the present moment and enjoy each experience more fully.
By learning to find joy in the present moment, you can begin to create an extraordinary life full of joy, fulfillment, and meaning.
By taking some time to practice self-care and incorporate deep breathing, mindfulness, and meditation into our daily routine, we can improve our overall wellbeing.
Meditation helps to clear the mind, promotes relaxation, and can help to reduce feelings of anxiety.
What happens during a discovery session?
During a discovery session we'll spend about 45-60 minutes getting to know a bit more about each other.
This will provide me with a better understanding of what your wellness goals are and how to better serve you.
At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn more about my proactive wellness approach and how my personal wellness journey might be able to help you achieve your own personal wellness goals.

De Jesús now lives his life focusing on gratitude, the importance of breathing and recognizing the stressors, the art of Tai Chi and re-calibrating to his God-given purpose and his vision.
He uses meditation as a way to reconnecting to the spirit and he lives his life, finding a way to utilize every single gift he's been given to heal and transform those around him and be an advocate for other PCS thrivers and mentor them into believing in their own self-healing.
